Based on the best-selling game, Great States, this junior version provides the same fun and hurry-up action while introducing young players to the map of 50 states. Kids will have a blast searching the game board to find where thingsare as they travel along the red, white and blue game path. Even pre-readers can play by matching the objects on the cards to the pictures on the board. Contents: 1 game board, 50 "Find the Shape" cards, 50 "Find the Picture" cards, 50 "Find the Name" cards, 4 playing figures, 1 colored die, 1 mechanical timer. Board game for 2 - 4 players, ages 4+.

Torn dreams

I Just recently purchased this game for my 3 and 5 year old.I was excited when they loved the game, they could point to a State and name it. It's educational and fun to play. They also liked the excitment of beating the timer. Althought the game was a great idea, the quality of the board was terrible. It began to tear and eventually torn in half. If they would change the material to something that would last, I'd consider repurchasing it.

Fun game for children who are beginning to read. For the others you can make it more educational than it might be intended to be, but it has its limits

Great Game!

This game is great and is for all different level learners. There are picture and color clues to help kids that can't read yet and it can even challenge older children when the clues are removed. My son is learning a lot about the states in a very fun way.

Great for younger kids

This game is great however... I bought the junior version so my 6 year old could play with us. It is too EASY. After playing several times my kids are a bit bored already. Wish I would have gotten the regular version. Great for pre-schoolers but not older.
